Vinh University signed a cooperation agreement with Hanoi Procuratorate University

Implementing the agreed work program between the two universities, on the afternoon of September 7, 2018, Vinh University and Hanoi Procuratorate University held a cooperation agreement signing ceremony at Vinh University.

The working session was opened with the participation of, from Hanoi University of Supervision, Assoc.Prof.Dr. Vu Thi Hong Van - Acting Rector; Mai Dac Bien, PhD. – Dean of Criminal Law Department; Ha Thi Hang, MA. - Lecturer of State and Law Department; From Vinh University, Prof.Dr. Dinh Xuan Khoa - President; Assoc. Prof. Dr. Nguyen Dinh Nham – Director of Postgraduate Studies Department; Tran Ba Tien, PhD. – Director of Academic Affairs Department; Dinh Ngoc Thang, PhD. - Dean of Law Department; Tang Thi Thanh Sang, PhD. - Director of the Center for Pedagogical Training; Nguyen Hong Soa, MA. – Director of Administrative Affairs Department; and Le Van Hau, MA. - Acting Director of the Center for Continuing Education.

Speaking at the signing ceremony, Prof. Dr. Dinh Xuan Khoa - President of Vinh University expressed his excitement about the cooperation in training and retraining with Hanoi Procuratorate University. In addition to training and retraining programmes, he hoped that both sides will continue to have more cooperation in the accreditation of higher education quality, scientific research, etc.

On behalf of Hanoi Procuratorate University, Assoc.Prof. Dr. Vu Thi Hong Van - Acting Rector expressed her deep thanks for the warm reception of the leaders of Vinh University. She hoped that in the coming time, Vinh University will have active support for Hanoi Procuratorate University in many aspects, especially expanding the training of disciplines and professions, meeting the requirements of human resources of the procuracy as well as the society.

Based on the reality and cooperation needs of each party, both sides agreed to sign the cooperation agreement with the following contents:

1. Cooperation in undergraduate education

2. Cooperation in postgraduate education in Law

3. Cooperation in opening courses to foster knowledge and skills

4. Cooperation in training and issuing the certificate of informatics and foreign language according to the learning outcome of curriculums.

5. Collaboration in scientific research and sharing of learning resources

The two sides agreed to implement this cooperation agreement from the academic year 2018 - 2019. Specific cooperation programs will be expressed in contracts and detailed plans.
