Representatives of related institutions participated in the ceremony, including Mr. Brett Eric Mahoney – Executive director; Mr. Aravindhran Balan - Global Engagement Strategy and Compliance, Mr. Vinod Kumar Deut - Senior Consultant Global Engagement and Export from TAFE SA; Mr. Le ngoc Hoa, Vice President of Nghe An Province People’s Committee and his staff from Departments of Labour, Invalids and Social Affairs, Foreign Affairs, Education and Training and Administrative Affairs; Prof. Dr. Dinh Xuan Khoa, president of Vinh University and his staff.

Both institutions highlighted the importance of MOU signing which opens great opportunities to Vinh university’s students. The later have chance to improe their professional skills contributing to the industrialization and modernization of Nghe An Province. Professor Dinh Xuan Khoa underlined the emphasises on transforming vocational training in order to provide skilled human resources working abroad. Brett Eric Mahoney added that this MOU was the first MOU signed between a Vietnamese University and a vocational college with a great support of local authorities.

On behalf of Nghe An Provincial People’s Committee, Mr. Le Ngoc Hoa highly appriciated the cooperation between two institutions. This MOU was the first result after the signing of cooperation agreement between Nghe An Province and Department of State Development of South Australia in February 2018. He hoped that this cooperation would be successful and stimulate other institutions to develop cooperation with Australian partners in order to improve and develop local human resources.
