The Digital Library has two locations. Branch 1 is located in the Nguyen Thuc Hao Information Center-Library (182 Le Duan Street, Vinh City). Branch 2 is a study space located in the Student Village (Nghi An Commune, Vinh City).

The library provides documents and information services to scholars, browsers, and students from within and outside the university. The library is also involved in collaboration, exchange, and information sharing with multiple agencies, both domestically and internationally.

Informational resources include:

(1) Printed documents: 14,500 titles/165,000 volumes;

(2) Digital documents: 22,000 titles, including books, dissertations, theses, graduation theses, and university publications;

(3) 137 domestic and international scientific journals. (4) 560 research topics from all levels and disciplines.
