Vinh University and Voronezh State University (Russian Federation) Form Cooperative Agreement

The second forum of university presidents from Vietnam and the Russian Federation was recently held at the Lomonosov Moscow State University Library. This forum provided a platform for delegates to discuss bilateral cooperation in science and education, to exchange practices and experiences, and to promote collaborative relationships in education and training, which has always been a top priority in relations between Vietnam and the Russian Federation.

Assoc. Prof. Dr. Nguyen Thi Thu Cuc (Vice President of Vinh University) held discussions with peers from multiple universities of the Russian Federation, as well as other domestic universities, in order to enhance international cooperation, increase opportunities for students to access advanced training programs, and foster cultural and academic exchanges with the Russian Federation.

The exchange resulted in Vinh University and Voronezh State University entering a cooperation agreement in education and training. Present were the leaders of the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Russian Federation and the Ministry of Education and Training of Vietnam.

The aim of this agreement is to encourage opportunities for mutual research, for management and teaching staff to participate in exchange programs, to exchange teaching resources and scientific research, and to collaborate on research programs of mutual interest. Additionally, the two parties will organize joint meetings, seminars, and conferences while facilitating student exchange with credit recognition for joint degrees.
