On May 23, 2016, Vinh University started the Vietnamese short course for staff and students of Rajabhat Maha Sarakham University, Thailand. This two-week course provided basic knowledge and communicative skills to learners. The later had two days of tourism in Nghe An, Ha Tinh and Quang Binh Provinces. These tourism days created the real experience to learners in terms of language practice and fact-finding tour.

The course ended on June 3, 2016. On behalf of Vinh University, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Ngo Dinh Phuong congratulated all learners on course completion and hoped that they would apply what they had learned from Vinh University to their professional activities and keep improving their Vietnamese. Vinh University widely opens its doors to welcome all for further education in the future. On behalf of Rajabhat Maha Sarakham University, Dr. Chomphunut Makemuengthong thanked Vinh University’s staff and teachers who had well organized the course and hoped to come back again to learn Vietnamese at a higher level in the years to come.
