1. Public:

- Teachers of all grades and staff from different divisions who need English certificate upon professional requirements.

-  Master students and PhD candidates.

- Others.

2. Testing time: Sunday, January 31^st, 2016

3. Testing place: Vinh University

4. Testing and certificate fees (not including preparation course fee):

English level 2/A2      : 2.000.000 đồng/người

English level 3/B1      : 3.000.000 đồng/người

English level 4/B2      : 4.000.000 đồng/người

English level 5/ C1      : 4.500.000 đồng/người        

   (including certificate fee: 500.000 VND/Cerf/level)

5. Deadline for the application: January 26, 2016, The application includes:

- Application (form attached)

- 02 photographs 3cm x 4cm

- Copy of ID card
