Seven second full-time bachelor programs to be offered at Vinh University

Vietnam Ministry of Education and Training enacted the Decision No 2160/BGDĐT-GDĐH on the approval of the second full-time bachelor programs to current full-time students at Vinh University on May 19, 2017.  Seven majors were added to the list of second bachelor programs so that current students can choose to follow as their second bachelor degree.

The list of majors is as follows:

- Electronic and telecommunications Engineering

- Finance and Banking

- Business administration

- Accounting

- Preschool education

- Construction engineering

- Law

The definition of the quota to offer the above programs is implemented according to the Circular No 32/2015/TT-BGDĐT dated December 16, 2015.

Vinh University will largely announce conditions for education quality assurance and student enrollment.
